SECOND SATURDAY SOCIAL: SATURDAY, October 4th at 4:00 pm (note the date – First Saturday not second – per host request). Oktoberfest is the theme hosted at the home Scott & Mary Farber. This is the 3rd year in a row that Scott and Mary have graciously hosted us. More information will be forthcoming. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please speak with Heather Donaldson.
YEARLY LCOOS PICNIC: SUNDAY, October 5th at 1:00 pm at Gilbert Run Park outside of La Plata on Route 6. We have reserved the Dockside Pavillion (the same one as last year). It is down by the snack bar and boat rental. Everyone is invited to join us for an afternoon of fellowship and fun. LCOOS will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, water and paper products Please bring a dish to share and since seating is limited, you may want to bring a chair. Please join us. It’s always a great time when our LCOOS Family gets together. There is a sign-up sheet on the table in the narthex. Any questions, please speak with Chrissy King.
LWML FALL RALLY: SATURDAY, October 11th 9:00 am – 2:00 pm at Mt. Olivet. LCOOS will be doing either the devotion or registration. If interested in attending, please speak with Rosa Ammons.

—INTERNATIONAL POT LUCK & LWML SUNDAY: SUNDAY, October 26th at 1:00 pm. Please bring a dish to share. Make sure you wear your international apparel.
–ANNUAL HARVEST FESTIVAL: FRIDAY, October 31st – 6:00pm – 8:00 pm. We need 8-10 people to decorate the trunk of their car and run a game. If you’d like to donate candy, please put it in Pam’s office. Thank you.
